SEC Global Server Outage Caused Filing Delays

JUPITER, FLORIDA, July 01, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (OTC:TLSS), (“TLSS", or the “Company”), a leading eCommerce fulfillment service provider, clarified today that it had submitted its Form 10-Q, First Quarter report for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and provided its authorization to file to M2 Compliance, its filing agent, on Monday, June 29, 2020, at 5:14 P.M. EST, prior to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) 5:30 P.M. EST filing deadline. 

TLSS was notified by its filing agent after the submission that the SEC experienced a global server outage impacting all filing agents’ ability to submit forms.  TLSS received a notice from the filing agent at 8:17 P.M. EST stating that its 10-Q submission had been accepted after the deadline and was dated June 30, 2020.  The filing agent subsequently confirmed that TLSS’s filing will be available on the EDGAR system and would be included on a list of companies petitioning for a back-dating of its filing to the original filing date as a result of the SEC’s technical issues.
