CohBar Added to Russell 2000® Index and Raises $4.4M in ATM Offering
Membership in the Russell 2000 Index, which remains in place for at least one year, is based on membership in the broad-market Russell 3000 Index.
MENLO PARK, Calif., June 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CohBar, Inc. (NASDAQ: CWBR), a clinical stage biotechnology company developing mitochondria based therapeutics to treat chronic diseases and extend healthy lifespan, was added to the US small-cap Russell 2000® Index during the 2020 Russell Indexes reconstitution, effective after the US market close on June 26th. Membership in the Russell 2000® Index, which remains in place for at least one year, is based on membership in the broad-market Russell 3000® Index. The company also sold shares of common stock through its previously disclosed ATM offering with net proceeds of approximately $4.4M in funding through the June 26th reconstitution.
