SINTX Technologies Announces Pricing of $4.1 Million Registered Direct Offering Priced At-The-Market

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, June 26, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SINT) (“SINTX” or the “Company”), an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) ceramics company focused on silicon nitride and its applications, today announced that it has entered into a share purchase agreement with several institutional investors for the issuance and sale of 2,400,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $1.72 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $4.1 million, in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules.

Maxim Group LLC is acting as the sole placement agent for the offering.

The offering is expected to close on or about June 30, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The shares of common stock are being offered pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-230492) previously filed and declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 5, 2019.
