Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. (the Company) (NYSE: WPF.U) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 103,500,000 units, which includes 13,500,000 units issued upon the exercise of the underwriters overallotment option, which has exercised in full, at a public offering price of $10.00 per unit.
Foley Trasimene Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) (NYSE: WPF.U) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 103,500,000 units, which includes 13,500,000 units issued upon the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option, which has exercised in full, at a public offering price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of the Company’s Class A common stock and one-third of one warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to one share of the Company’s Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per share. The units are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) under the symbol “WPF.U”. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock and warrants are expected to be listed on the NYSE under the symbols “WPF” and “WPF.WS,” respectively.
Sponsors of the Company are Bilcar FT, LP, an affiliate of Bilcar Limited Partnership, and Trasimene Capital FT, LP, an affiliate of Trasimene Capital Management, LLC, both led by William P.
