Langen, May 26, 2020 - Due to the continuing spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures imposed by the Hessian state government in this context, DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0) is postponing its Annual General Meeting, previously scheduled for June 25, 2020, to a later date this year. A new date for the Annual General Meeting will be announced as soon as the prerequisites for reliable planning and safe execution of the Annual General Meeting are once again in place.
