NANO DIMENSION ANNOUNCES CLOSING OF $35.9 MILLION REGISTERED DIRECT OFFERING
The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately $35.9 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
South Florida, May 22, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM), a leading Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME)/PE (Printed Electronics) provider, today announced it had closed the previously announced registered direct offering of 17,950,000 of the Company’s American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) at a price of $2.00 per ADS. The gross proceeds of the offering were approximately $35.9 million, before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. The Company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
