(OTCQB: ALDS) (“APPlife”, the Company”), a business incubator and portfolio manager that invests in and creates e-commerce and cloud-based solutions, announced today that it has signed a Letter of Engagement to retain Maxim Group LLC (“Maxim”) to provide financial advisory and investment banking services, as well as to assist in identifying targeted M&A opportunities and the eventual goal of an up-listing of the Company’s securities to the NASDAQ Exchange.
