NORTH READING, Mass., May 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teradyne, Inc. (NASDAQ: TER) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on June 19, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 27, 2020.
