Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel Becomes First in Tampa Bay Area to Offer New ExcelsiusGPS™ Surgical Robotic Guidance System

WESLEY CHAPEL, Fla., Aug. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel is the first hospital in the Tampa Bay area and only the second in Florida to offer the Globus ExcelsiusGPS™ surgical robotic guidance system through its neurospine program. The system is the first and only robotic platform for spine surgery that combines surgical navigation and robotic guidance; and improves accuracy and patient care for precise minimally invasive spine surgeries by using robotics and navigation.
