COLDWATER, Mich., March 25, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Southern Michigan Bancorp, Inc. (OTC Pink: SOMC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation’s stock. The dividend is payable on April 24, 2020 to shareholders of record April 10, 2020. The annualized cash dividend of $0.92 per share represents a 3.54% dividend yield based on the current market price of $26.00 per share.
