Universal Display Corporation Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.15 per Share
Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED technology and materials, today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increased first quarter cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's common stock, up from the previous quarters dividend of $0.10 per share.
Universal Display Corporation (Nasdaq: OLED), enabling energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED® technology and materials, today announced that its Board of Directors approved an increased first quarter cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's common stock, up from the previous quarter’s dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend is payable on March 31, 2020 to shareholders of record on March 17, 2020. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
