Because digital transformation impacts how learning and development (L&D) teams react to and influence company objectives, L&D departments need to continually scale, innovate, and focus on organizational impact to increase digital transformation adoption. Respondents in North America were significantly more likely than those in other regions to have access to and use development resources their organization paid for, such as tuition reimbursement, association memberships or conferences, certifications, or self-development materials.
