AAC Holdings Reaches Agreements with Secured Lenders

BRENTWOOD, Tenn., Jan. 29, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AAC Holdings, Inc. (OTC: AACH) today announced that the Company has entered into an agreement with its senior secured lenders that provides up to an additional $12 million of liquidity, of which $10 million has been funded. In connection with the Company’s receipt of the funding, the Company entered into amendments to its forbearance agreements, extending the forbearance periods through February 21, 2020, which are subject to further extension.
