("AGM" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:AGMH), a financial technology ("FinTech") company providing trading platform solutions and enhancing technologies for brokerage firms and other financial institutions, today announced the pricing and closing of its initial public offering of 1,306,055 Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of $5.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $6.53 million before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other related expenses. Company's Class A ordinary shares are expected to begin trading shortly on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "AGMH".
