Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

STURGIS, Mich., Jan. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sturgis Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: STBI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.16 per common share, payable March 16, 2020 to stockholders of record February 14, 2020. This declaration increases the quarterly dividend to the highest level in the Company’s history, in recognition of the Company’s record earnings for 2019.
