For more than a decade, the USA Patriots have enhanced the health and welfare of wounded warrior amputees by offering them a place for camaraderie and healing. Throughout the year, the team travels the country playing able-bodied teams in competitive and exhibition softball games, bringing their unique brand of softball, courage and perseverance to communities nationwide.

“These men and women are among the bravest and most determined heroes in our nation. They are driven and athletic, and our associates are excited to play alongside them in Saturday’s softball game,” said Publix’s Director of Media and Community Relations Maria Brous. “But this is more than just a game to us at Publix.
