BAKERSFIELD, Calif., July 18, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Valley Republic Bank (OTCQX: VLLX) announced today the addition of a prominent local banker to their executive team.  Geraud Smith will assume the position of Senior Executive Vice President, reporting to Bruce Jay, President & CEO.

Geraud has over 20 years of commercial banking experience in the San Joaquin Valley, most recently serving as a Bakersfield-based regional manager of a national bank.
