As part of the transaction, Rock Content adds the brands ion interactive and Visual.ly to its existing portfolio of content marketing offerings. The expanded global business now serves over 2,000 customers across Brazil, Mexico, United States, Canada, Australia, and Europe and employs over 500 people in six offices.
