CEdMA Honors Talend as Leader in Customer Education Services with 2019 Innovation Award

Today at the Customer Education Management Association (CEdMA) Training Leadership Conference, CEdMA announced that the Talend Technical Enablement Team is the recipient of the 2019 CEdMA Innovation Award for their new continuous learning program, Talend Academy.

The CEdMA Innovation Award seeks to recognize a CEdMA member company with an innovative approach to solve a problem or address an opportunity. This prestigious award recognizes creativity and innovation among the CEdMA membership. Presented annually, the Innovation Award selects one high-tech company or individual for outstanding innovation in education business methods or practices on a project completed within the last 12 months.

Talend transformed their business with Talend Academy, an innovative continuous learning program, providing unlimited access to a library of hands-on, online training for all licensed users of Talend software. This innovative approach drives users to adopt Talend products quickly and easily. The ambitious project also streamlined the Talend Technical Enablement team internal operations.
