InventHelp Inventor Develops Plumbing Tool for Water Meter Flanges (DLL-3398)

PITTSBURGH, July 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Hurst, Texas, has developed the E.F.T., a new type of plumbing tool design. It is designed to facilitate the installation and removal of water meter flanges. A prototype is available.

"After 3 years of installing, removing and repairing meter flanges, I knew there had to be an easier way. My invention popped into my head. I put together some materials and created a prototype," said the inventor. The E.F.T. requires considerably less clearance than when using other tools for this purpose. It averts the need to excavate around the pipe ends in question. In addition, it reduces the amount of strength and dexterity required to loosen a flange. This tool provides a good level of strength and durability. This tool is simple in design and easy to use. It will save time and effort while working in the field.
