As part of its commitment to continually enhance its technology, improve data security and combat cyber threats, Tower MSA Partners, which provides Medicare Secondary Payer services to the workers’ compensation and liability industries, has entered a partnership agreement with Vigilant Technology Solutions. An Ohio-based cybersecurity firm, Vigilant is providing its powerful CyberDNA Managed Network Security Monitoring service.

“CyberDNA is a fully managed service that combines passive monitoring technology with certified information security analysts,” said Vigilant’s Director of Sales Seth Marsh. “Our system overlays Tower’s network environment and its MSP Automation Suite to proactively identify and address threats to Tower’s environment before they become an issue.”

Tower’s MSP Automation Suite seamlessly manages the entire Medicare Secondary Payer compliance processes, from Section 111 reporting through pre-MSA triage, interventions, MSA preparation, and CMS submission through final settlement. “As an extension to Tower’s internal security team, Vigilant will monitor data traffic 24/7, respond to threats in real time and provide input and direction to keep client data secure,” said Tower CEO Rita Wilson. “And should there be an attack, Vigilant gives us access to unlimited incident response resources.”
