AstroTurf Partners with the Catholic National Athletic Association

DALTON, Ga., June 28, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Catholic National Athletic Association is proud to announce a new partnership with AstroTurf Corporation, the inventor and leading innovator of the synthetic turf market.

The field will be in a class of its own and will be the first field in the state of California with AstroTurf's Trionic Fiber. Trionic is a super-fiber that reinforces player-friendly polyethylene fibers with ultra-durable nylon polymers in a feat of chemical engineering never achieved before in the turf industry.

AstroTurf will also provide financial support to assist CNAA in bolstering the reputation of catholic educational athletics and bettering its members' athletic departments though education and training. Another major benefit of the partnership is that AstroTurf is offering a 3 percent discount on synthetic turf fields for CNAA members.

The partnership formed out of a long-standing relationship between CNAA and AstroTurf that started before CNAA took its organization to the national level. When CNAA took that step, it felt natural to form an official partnership with AstroTurf.
