SiriusXM Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend By 10%

NEW YORK, Oct. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- SiriusXM today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01331 per share of common stock, reflecting an increase of 10% over the previous quarter's dividend. This regular quarterly dividend is payable in cash on November 29, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2019.

SiriusXM first initiated a regular quarterly dividend in November 2016 at $0.01 per share per quarter, and the company has now increased this dividend by 10% in each of the past three years.
