Overseas Adventure Travel Adds 500 Single Spaces, with Free Single Supplements, to Fall 2018 Departures of Top Adventures

BOSTON, June 4, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Alan E. Lewis, Chairman of Overseas Adventure Travel, the leader in small groups on the road less traveled, today announced that the tour operator for Americans 50 and older has added 500 single spaces to September-November 2018 departures of several popular adventures. Until these spaces were added, single space was almost sold out for the year, despite the company's addition of 2,000 single spaces to its inventory last November.

Overseas Adventure Travel has added 500 single spaces on popular small group adventures, including Morocco, this fall. Other destinations include Italy, Japan, and India. More than 250,000 solo travelers will have traveled with the tour operator in 2017-2018, attracted by small groups of just 10-16 travelers (averaging 14 travelers per departure) and dedicated solo space, with Free Single Supplements, on every departure.

O.A.T. has added 500 single spaces to September-November 2018 departures of the following small group adventures:  Sicily's Ancient Landscapes & Timeless Traditions; Tuscany & Umbria: Rustic Beauty in the Italian Heartland; Morocco Sahara Odyssey; Japan's Cultural Treasures, and Heart of India.  As with all O.A.T. adventures, group size is limited to 8-16 travelers, with an average size of 14. 

Because of its small group size and dedicated solo spaces on every departure, solo travelers are an integral part of every O.A.T. group.  O.A.T. Trip Leaders ensure that all travelers have companions with whom to share meals and free time, if desired.
