(AJ) Long has joined WASH as chief financial officer (CFO) and Andres de Armas has joined WASH as chief revenue officer (CRO).
WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems, North America’s leading laundry
service company, announced the appointment of two new C-suite executives
to its management team. Arthur J. (AJ) Long has joined WASH as chief
financial officer (CFO) and Andres de Armas has joined WASH as chief
revenue officer (CRO).

Long is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record of
achievement in the private equity space, having led rapidly growing
private and public companies. Prior to joining WASH, Long held several
executive leadership roles with companies such as Pricewaterhouse
Coopers, Mitchell International, Qualcomm Incorporated, Sprint
Corporation and General Dynamics. Most recently, he was Chief Financial
Officer at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, the leading North American
provider of technology-enabled integrated facility management services.
Long has been CFO for several companies owned by leading private equity
firms including EQT Partners, GI Partners, GTCR, KKR, Providence Equity
Partners, Battery Ventures, Norwest Equity Partners, Boston Millennia
Partners and Aurora Capital Group. He also has an extensive capital
markets background and as CFO and Treasurer, has raised more than $17
billion for his previous companies in the debt and equity markets.

De Armas brings a depth of experience in sales, marketing, customer
care, Six Sigma and data analytics, as well as both B2B and B2C
experience to his new role as CRO at WASH. He began his career with GE’s
Manufacturing Management Program and quickly progressed through GE’s
sales organization, eventually leading the CT sales and marketing teams
for the Americas. He went on to serve in senior vice president positions
at Bank of America in both sales and customer analytics. In his most
recent role as SVP, sales, at ADT, de Armas was responsible for sales
direct to commercial, small business, and residential customers,
significantly improving sales productivity, net customer adds and
profitability.
