Card Carrier Sorter Module
The new Card Carrier Sorter
Module for card delivery systems automatically segments and sorts
finished card carriers after the card attaching/folding process and
prior to the envelope inserting system. This provides operational
planners more flexibility to optimize workflow, reduce manual
interventions, increase batch sizes and optimize system uptime.

Standalone Datacard^® EXi7100™ Envelope
Insertion System
The Datacard^® EXi7100™ Envelope
Insertion System automatically combines carriers with other inserts, and
packages them into mail-ready envelopes. The new system fits the modern
environment needed to handle multiple card designs, mailing types and
job sizes.
