EXTON, Pa., April 26, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The First Resource Bank (OTCQX: FRSB) Board of Directors has declared a five percent (5%) common stock dividend to shareholders of record on May 6, 2019. This stock dividend is payable on May 20, 2019.
