Hudson Valley Wine Village is now seeking tenants and joint venture opportunities.
Hudson Valley Wine Village, located between Route 9W and the Hudson
River with 1.5 miles of river frontage, has recently completed final
development hurdles and is now uniquely positioned as a shovel-ready
site able to attract local, regional, national and international
partners seeking a variety of uses and development opportunities.
Less than 90 minutes from New York City, 60 minutes to Albany and an
easy commute to White Plains, the site has been rezoned and now enjoys a
fully entitled status for the commencement of the project. Hudson Valley
Wine Village is now seeking tenants and joint venture opportunities.
The site, a former vineyard, sits on nearly 437 acres on a natural bluff
overlooking New York’s scenic Hudson River. It offers an excellent
location for multiple uses and customizable space, including commercial,
light industry and hotel/conference center development. The centerpiece
of the $273 million multi-phase, mixed-use development is a 140-room
suite hotel, conference center, spa and restaurant. Also planned is
450,000 square feet of state-of-the-art industrial buildings for 21st
Century manufacturing and 155,000 square feet of office and commercial
space to meet Ulster County’s demand for modern facilities. The
development will also include 800 residential units, which will provide
much-needed quality housing, and two wedding chapels.
Hudson Valley Wine Village will complement the flourishing regional
economy that includes both existing and under-construction development
projects, such as Resorts World Catskills and the Kartrite Resort &
Indoor Waterpark in Monticello, Bellefield at Historic Hyde Park, North
60 biotech campus in Valhalla, Regeneron headquarters expansion in
Tarrytown, City Winery in Montgomery, LEGOLAND® New York in
Goshen and Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley.
“These are changing times in the economic development landscape of the
Hudson Valley and this project is primed to be a very special addition
to New York State,” said Andrew Maxon, Hudson Valley Wine Village Chief
Operating Officer. “Hudson Valley Wine Village is shovel-ready,
fully-entitled and we are in an environment that not only encourages but
welcomes opportunities for new job creation and tax ratables.”
