Target Hospitality Announces First Quarter 2019 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule

Target Hospitality Corp. (“Target Hospitality”) (NASDAQ: TH), the
largest provider of specialty rental accommodations with premium
catering and value-added hospitality services in the U.S., announced
today that it will release its first quarter 2019 financial results
after the market closes on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

Target Hospitality has also scheduled a conference call for Wednesday,
May 8, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time) to discuss
the first quarter 2019 results.
