(CSE: CDPR) (OTCPK: GPPRF) (FRA: N8HP) (“CDPR” or the “Corporation”) announces that its Board of Directors has approved the change of the Corporation’s financial year-end from December 31 to March 31 in order to have reporting deadlines occurring during a less busy period for the Corporation and its auditors, thereby facilitating the production of its annual audited financial statements. A Notice of Change in Year-End has been filed by the Corporation on SEDAR+ pursuant to Regulation 51-102 respecting Continuous Disclosure Obligations (“R51-102”).

The Corporation also reports that it has appointed Davidson and Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants (“Davidson”), as auditors of the Corporation for the current financial year.
