Bauer specializes in personal injury litigation and has a strong conviction that the legal system should be available to everyone. Through this experience, Joseph's conviction for justice and passion for advocacy became his main focus.

His interest in law began at a young age. "When I was nine months old, an incident at an at-home daycare center made me a very young plaintiff in my first personal injury suit," said Bauer.
