• Continued progress on the company's corporate responsibility and ESG goals, officially named the 20 By 30 Challenge, which consists of 20 qualitative and quantitative goals and commitments to be achieved by the end of 2030. The goals were based on a key-topics assessment that helped the company identify and prioritize the issues most relevant to the business and its stakeholders.
