This round of financing is dedicated to the continued buildout of
Paradigm RKS(™) (Paradigm), Ubiquity’s proprietary, automated
recordkeeping system designed to support affordable retirement plans for
the historically underserved small business market.

Built and housed entirely in the cloud, Paradigm will soon be available
for licensing on a business process outsourcing (BPO) and Software as a
Service (SaaS) basis to third-party administrators, recordkeepers and
financial institutions that want to serve the small business retirement
