Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. Annouces the Retirement of Two Board Members and the Addition of a New Board Member

Armanino Foods of Distinction, Inc. (OTC Pink: AMNF) today announced
that two of its long time board members have retired from the board of
directors. David Scatena retired after serving on the board of Armanino
Foods for over 31 years; Joseph Barletta retired after serving on the
board for over 19 years. Neither of these retirements were due to any
disagreements or qualifications regarding Company matters.

Douglas Nichols, Chairman of the Board for Armanino Foods stated,

Mattson which is an internationally recognized innovation and consulting
firm in the food and beverage industry. Al holds an MBA from Carnegie
Mellon University.”
