As a compassionate leader, Garcia-Pineda brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Garcia-Pineda will combine lessons learned and best practices from her vast experience as a premier builder of healthcare construction projects to expand Gilbane's existing portfolio. She has also served as a mentor in a protégé program, providing pro bono construction management services and is proud to help facilitate projects for her community. She is a two-time recipient of the Northern California Real Estate Woman of Influence award and passionate about women in leadership roles of construction management.
