Dynex Capital, Inc. Declares Monthly Common Stock Dividend of $0.06 for March 2019

Dynex Capital, Inc. (NYSE: DX) announced today the Company’s Board of
Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for
March 2019. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2019 to shareholders of
record on March 22, 2019.

The Company previously announced that beginning in 2019, common stock
dividends would be declared on a monthly basis.
