Design Agency Wins Three Silver Awards for Excellence in Website Design and Development for Education and Healthcare

Two of the three works that delivered them this decisive victory were created by Edina Tanović, Project6 co-founder and Creative Director. The MUSE Creative and Design Awards have released their lists of winners for their first competitive season of 2023 and Project6 Design brought home three silver awards. The awards feature branding and website design excellence in education, healthcare, and design/build construction industries.

Website Design for Colleges and Universities
The first award was for the redesign of Berkeley's College of Environmental Design. The project included: creating a unified brand identity for the college, its departments, and select programs and institutes, creating easy-to-use print collateral templates with the new identity, and Re-envision and rebuild the main CED website, consolidating content from over 15 auxiliary websites.
Award-wining Website Design for Healthcare
The second award was for the Hill Physicians Medical Group website redesign. The redesign focused on simplifying the user experience, updating the design to better connect with the target audience, and to implement a content management system to enable frequent content updates. Award-winning UI/UX Design for the Design/Build Construction Industry
The final silver award went to Granite Construction. Granite is one of the largest diversified construction and construction materials companies in the United States as well as a full-suite provider in the transportation, water infrastructure and mineral exploration markets. The website reflects their brand image, and includes interactive infographics showcasing their inclusive diversity data. "The industries have gone through significant changes through the years, yet to have these entrants showcase their ability to adapt and overcome, it is certainly surprising and encouraging to our team in IAA," Thomas Brandt, spokesperson of IAA elaborated. He continued, "it is humbling to see the level of craft displayed in the submitted works. Our most sincere commendations go out to those behind said works and for setting such a high standard for excellence for all to follow."
Having a jury composed of industry professionals, IAA was successful in upholding impartiality and enforcing industry-relevant assessment criteria. The jury's role was solely to identify companies or individuals whose works showcased excellence and pushed their respective industries forward, which they had successfully accomplished.
Other than employing industry-relevant standards in judging entries, impartiality was also enforced with the blind judging method. This meant that entries were evaluated by multiple judges without being compared with other submissions, meaning that each winning work had decisively won with their own merits.
