Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Innovative Tool Solutions LLC to BB Industries Supply LLC. The deal closed March 14, 2023.

Located in Sarasota, Florida, Innovative Tool Solutions (ITS) is a retailer of stone countertop fabrication and installation tools and supplies. The Company specializes in diamond tooling, kitchen and bath sinks, shop supplies, chemicals, and specialty services.

BB Industries Supply (BBI), located in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a leading distributor of tools, materials and supplies to granite countertop fabricators, marble stone masons, and tile contractors. Its own branded products are a significant portion of total sales.
