Peter Tong joined Russ August & Kabat as a partner after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Judge Alan D. Albright in the Western District of Texas. As Judge Albright's most experienced former clerk now in private practice, Mr. Tong looks forward to building a local counsel and patent plaintiff contingency practice.

With nearly a decade of patent litigation and prosecution experience, Mr. Tong brings a wealth of unique insight and technological understanding to any patent team.
