The proportionate interests of stockholders in the assets of the Fund were determined as of that date. The Fund’s liquidating distribution of $551.9832 per share is anticipated to be paid on or about December 21, 2022. The initial offering price of the Fund was $1,000 per share and prior to the liquidating distributions, the Fund paid $519.01 per share in distributions over its life.

The Fund, a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company, is managed by Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC (“LMPFA”) and is sub-advised by Western Asset Management Company, LLC (“Western Asset”), Western Asset Management Company Limited (“Western Asset Limited”), Western Asset Management Company Pte.
