Wickert brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. Since 2010, he served in financial positions of increasing responsibility at Northern Trust, a leading global asset manager with over $1B in revenue and $1T in AUM, and was a member of the executive leadership team. Prior to that, he spent time in the firm’s wealth management unit as a regional Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Northern Trust, Wickert held various finance-related roles at multinational organizations (ranging from Fortune 50 to Fortune 500 firms) across several industries including technology, retail, and manufacturing.

As CFO at TMG, Wickert will provide strategic, data-driven insights based on his complex financial analysis and modeling skills. “Ryan is a great addition to our executive leadership team,” said TMG CEO Chris Behrens. “His background and capabilities will be invaluable as we continue to plan for aggressive growth, both organically and inorganically via M&A.
