Under the sales leadership of Kyle Michael, the team has added new generator technicians, joined BOMA San Diego, and promoted Nathan Woods to Operations Coordinator.

Nathan Woods started with Duthie Power in 2018, working as a field service technician out of their Long Beach offices. With a degree in Business Administration from CSU Fullerton and five years' service in the Army as a mechanic, Nathan saw the generator industry as a good career fit. "Duthie gave me the opportunity to grow professionally, and I like how it's a family-oriented company. They definitely care about their employees."

By 2021, Nathan relocated to San Diego to work with Kyle Michael as lead technician for the San Diego territory. "I took a lot of initiative when I started at Duthie, so it was nice to be rewarded for pursuing growth and education." More recently, Nathan Woods was promoted to Operations Coordinator, managing the service side of Duthie's San Diego business.
