The Company’s net loss for the 2022 third quarter was approximately $727,000, or approximately $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of approximately $666,000, or approximately $0.02 per share, for the comparable period in 2021. Third quarter 2022 net cash used in operating activities was approximately $524,000.
