The new Market Intelligence Service from The Hackett Group^® will evaluate software and solution providers using the Hackett Excelleration Matrix^™, which is designed to assess offerings based on capabilities, business performance impact or business value, and also the ability to improve process and functional performance and alignment with empirically proven best practices in The Hackett Group’s renowned benchmarking database.
