In this role, Helvey will lead Jobvite’s strategy, operations, and execution, while focusing on accelerating innovation, driving operational improvement, and delivering differentiated experiences to strengthen the company's position within the multi-billion-dollar talent acquisition market. As a member of the Employ executive leadership team, Helvey will report to CEO Pete Lamson.

During her leadership tenure, she oversaw Cornerstone's global business operations and client satisfaction while helping grow the company to support more than 3,500 customers, 2,000 employees and drive $500 million in revenue. Most recently, she served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Instil, a cloud solution developed to unlock the potential of nonprofits and establish meaningful connections with their community.

Helvey's extensive background also includes providing operational expertise and consultation to Fortune 500 companies using enabling technologies. Additionally, Helvey has served on the Board of several organizations, including Perceptyx and Gainsight, and has been a strategic advisor to Acadian Ventures and Artist.
