Reflective Apparel Unveils RAflect50, Hi-Vis Garments Engineered to Withstand the Rigors of Industrial Laundries

RAflect50 hi-vis apparel is designed for safety and is engineered to be durable enough to withstand at least 50 industrial wash cycles.

After 25 washes traditional hi-vis garments may begin to lose their colorfastness and reflective properties. In fact, some of these safety properties can start to fade after just five washes. That means traditional 25-wash hi-vis garments, washed twice a week, may be out of compliance with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 standards in only 12 weeks. In regard to the industrial laundry rental segment, garments need to withstand at least 50 harsh wash and dry cycles. RAflect50 hi-vis garments have been independently tested to withstand at least 50 washes in this industrial laundry environment. Ensuring that the quality and integrity of the entire garment remains intact throughout the life of the rented garment.
