ScaleFactor Hires New Senior VP of Lending

ScaleFactor,
an intelligent finance and automated accounting platform, today
announced the hiring of Eric
Steinhoff as its new Senior Vice President of Lending. With
international experience in product development and credit risk
management, Steinhoff joins ScaleFactor’s swiftly growing team alongside SVP
of Marketing Robert Gilbreath and CTO
Francis Sullivan on the heels of its recent $30
million series B funding round.

At Capital One, Steinhoff worked in product development and credit risk
management in the Virginia, London, and Toronto offices. He was also an
accredited credit officer and an instructor at the Capital One Credit
College. After this role, he became head of credit for the auto loan
portfolio for Standard Bank’s South African business. Before
ScaleFactor, Steinhoff was the Chief Credit Officer of ApplePie Capital.
His extensive experience includes chairing several credit and risk
committees, and he holds a BS in Commerce from the University of
Virginia.
