WILLOW BIOSCIENCES APPOINTS DR. PETER SEUFER-WASSERTHAL AS INTERIM PRESIDENT AND CEO

Mr. Peters will continue to be a Director of the Company. In addition to the above mentioned changes, Ms. Barbara Munroe, a Director of the Company, has been appointed as Lead Independent Director.
