As President and CEO, Shruti worked closely with the Board of Directors and led Orange County's Credit Union for 14 years. She established a strong leadership team that, in partnership with the Credit Union's talented Board, will continue to drive their commitment to their Associates, Members, and Communities. She also has held Board positions with the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, Co-op Solutions, Western CUNA Management School, and Children's Hospital of Orange County, among others. Miyashiro holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of California.
