VMS Announces New President, Marguerite Peters

Management Systems (VMS), a Financeware business unit and leading

that it has promoted Marguerite Peters to President. Peters will focus
on leveraging her deep, operational expertise to oversee the company’s
continued expansion of its three core products: VMS Data, VMS Hub, and
VMS Billing.

Over the past year as COO of VMS, Peters has made tremendous strides in
the areas of operations and technology. In her new role as President,
she will continue to oversee these areas with an increased focus on
driving performance and new growth initiatives.
